Second company I called told me they would call me back. They never did. Ercans was easily the easiest company to deal with. They have great equipment, they were professional, and tidy. “We have used Ercan a few times for repairs to our systems, and this time, we had to bite the bullet and get our furnace and AC replaced - they were over 18 years old so it was time. The team arrived when they said they would, communicated with us throughout the day and prior, and did an excellent job. They were here the first day for over 12 hours to hook up the AC so that we weren't without during a very hot period. And the thing that impressed me most was how clean they left my home. They put out mats, took off shoes when they were not on the mats, and cleaned the area after they were done. I had very little to do myself which is not the norm when having someone in to do work like this. While they weren't the cheapest of the quotes we got, I felt the most confident in Oz and the team because they didn't pressure sell us and did not try to convince us to install more than we needed.”
